A new experiment for biocube owners

Well for all the people who have wanted to keep SPS but are not sure it will work right in your tank, here is your answer.
Well i am getting tired of hearing people say that SPS will not work under PC lighting, also that flow is a issue in biocubes.
Well here it is, i am going to start putting more frags into my bio 29. Here is when you all come in, any sps coral frags that you would like to seen tried just let me know.
I will be compiling a list of corals and stats for all owners so we will know what sps will thrive and what won't.
I will be keeping track of the water conditions, PAR of the light where the coral is placed, feeding schedule, flow amount, and growth rates.
Here is a pic of the first 2!!!!!!!!!

These are the first two? What are they? What lighting do you have, still stock 72watt or an upgrade?
This will be a good experiment and I hope the outcome is not what I expect it will be.

Sorry about that, The white acro is still up in ther air, it hasa purple tint and blue polyps.
The birds nest is the other and has been doing good for about 3 weeks now.
ALso it is still stock lighting, as it wouldn't work for everyone if i was using upgraded lighting.

I'm glad that you are doing this experiment and I'm gonna be keeping up with this thread to see your progress.

I've always heard people telling me that LPS corals like brains, frogspawns, torchs, etc. won't do well with the stock lighting either, and that the frogspawns need to be close to the top, etc... and that I need better lighting to keep a brain, etc., but honestly, those are the corals that seem to do the best in my tanks! The brains thrive and quickly outgrow my tank.

I haven't been interested in keeping any SPS corals, but I AM interested in seeing how this experiment turns out!~

Good luck!~
