Water is water, in part and in whole
so why did my fish die in its bowl?
This can't be right, so what is the matter?
Will Malawi bloat make him get fatter?
Why won't Morton salt do the trick?
Why isn't my wallet quite as thick?
What is this brown stuff all over my sand?
Look at my electric bill, isn't it grand?
What of this crack, is that a big deal?
I think that this duct tape will make a nice seal
I'm using a filter that came from my pool
I'm saving money, isn't that cool?
My tap water is pure, I drink it every day
My fish won't mind it, stupid are they
So what if the pH is off by a point or two
and the water was milky when I made my brew?
Who cares about calcium, temp, and SG?

And when we got home she put it in my saltwater.

When a tank is new
it's beautiful and just right
but if you want a nightmare
pick up a flashlight
Go to the tank
when all is dark
dont think i am jesting
or that it is a lark
From under the rock
you will get a suprise
a huge, furry thing
all legs and no eyes
what you see is disturbing
it'll make you want to yell
and send you running to the boards
to ask, "what the hell"
They'll tell you its ok
They'll tell you its alright
It's just a damn bristleworm
and its reef safe...goodnight!

My Skimmer
I should have bought another
just like all the rest
because my CORALIFE skimmer
has sure flunked the test
I got bubbles in my DT
I got bubbles in my sump
Isn't their any other way
to adjust this damn pump?
Add some polyfiber
to the return box they say
I put it in there
and went to work today
When I got home
to check what's up
I had 20 gallons on the floor
from that damn skimmers cup
A little adjustment here
a little adjustment there
I wish I could get the inventor
and shove it up his "you know where"
A word from the wise
this skimmer.. do not buy
dont attempt to fix it
dont even bother to try!

Well.. it depends on what you're able to write.. some people can't sing so they write songs and get paid a bunch... maybe you could write a movie or a short film. I am also a great writer but I get bored way too quickly, and now that I have to write so much in school it ends up making me hate it
