A Rare Glimpse

A cirratulid worm..some call them spaghetti worms.Usually you only see the long skinny tentacles sticking out of the sand or a rock.This one was on the glass of my refugium all last night.

Anything it can get it's tentacles on:D
J/K..they are good,they eat food that falls that the fish don't get..detritus too.

Cirratulids worms are usually called Hair Worms. Spagetti Worms (Terebellids) look a little different.

Tons of them...but only in my refugium.I just added the biggest velvet nudibranch I have ever seen 2 days ago.He has steadily been munching on them.He is so fat now..he looks like a black and blue Pillsbury Doughboy

I had three before,and thought they had eaten them all,so I passed them on to other hobbyists.This time I will keep him a little longer.I will work on some pics of him.
