a saltwater tank

hello, i have taken care of a46gal freshwater tank and i want to start a75gal marine tank i have been reading up stuff about saltwater for about 2 years, her is a list of fish i want to get and some equipment, can anyone tell me if the fish will work well and if the filtration is good enough? Thanks

a canister filter and 2 power filters
75pounds of live rock and 30 pounds of live sand
3 green chromis
2 clown fish
1powder blue
1flame angel
1cleaner shrimp
and later on a mandarin fish

It sounds good except for a few suggestions:
Firstly, I would skip the canister filter, they are too much trouble too clean so tend to buildup nitrates. The power filters are MUCH easier to clean and therefore you will clean them more often and they will not cause as high of nitrates like a canister filter likely will. I would go with the skimmer and a aquaclear 500, that will be MORE than enough, if you have the $$ to buy 2 power filters and a canister, just go with a trickle filter or sump and refugium. Also, dont forget about a few powerheads for circulation.
Second, I would reconsider the powder blue and mandarin both are VERY difficult fish to maintain, let alone in a 75g non-reef tank. I would look at the hardier tangs such as yellow, blue, sailfin, scopas, etc and a blenny or goby instead of the mandarin, there are MANY cool ones too choose from!
