A suggestion about leaving the hobby when you have a baby.

Sorry, I can't resist.......maybe they were sexually abused as a child, therefore anything goes...........................
The first thing my son does each morning is run to the tank and take a look. We went to Sea World over the weekend and I was amazed at how much he knows. He was in the reef aquarium pointing out corals and fish, by name to his friends.

All i am saying is that having a fish tank is just that. It is not life or death. I could very easily flush my fish if the person buying the tank didn't want them. They are just fish.
I am finacially stable but your ingorance doesn't know how everybody is doing. For some people it is the only way.
Also i can teach my son more about fish from the internet and actually taking him fishing rather then sitting at home watching a fish tank.
So quit being ignorant about people selling their fish tanks.

You dont deserve to be in this hobby. If flushing fish is no problem for you ( as opposed to say... oh... idk DONATING them to a LFS) Than go get a goldfish. Thats about where you belong.

+1. I just used a goldfish as an example of where he( or she?) belongs in this hobby.
I couldnt flush a goldie. They got me started in this hobby to begin with.
Heres a good fitting hobby, Licking Railraod tracks in sub-zero tempatures. Thatll keep em busy.
