:( I have an over run of those stinking anenomes in my tank. I have tried to get rid of them with STOP aptasia, it works on the big ones pretty well but the smallons just shake it off. So I bought some peppermint shrimp and I havn't seen any of them since I put them in the tank. If any one has an Idea ,I need help ,there are hundreds of those things. And I do have good water quality with low phos.

You mean you haven't seen the peppermints? Slow acclimation is needed for shrimp, how did you acclimate? There is alot of old and recent posts about this, do a search and type in aiptasia (I never did spell this right, but I think that is the correct one). HTH

Within their meal and moreover you will appreciate having him. My LFS had to put that fish in one of his 240 gallon reef tank because of this.

I strongly disagree with adding a butterfly fish for the sole use of ridding the tank of Aiptasia. Butterfly fish are difficult to keep and will often be finky eaters. Many starve in captivity, and are highly susceptable to ich, bacterial infections, etc. I consider it cruel to add such a beautiful and delicate butterfly just to get rid of aiptasia.
As far as getting rid of aiptasia goes, some pepperment shrimp will eat them while others will not. It really depends on the personality of the shrimp. Enjecting the aiptasia will calcium hydroxide (kalkwasser/limewater) may also be an effective way of getting rid of aiptasia.
