? about adding LR in mid-cycle

I have a 180 which is in the middle of its cycle (2 weeks)
I have 70lbs of base and 30lbs of live rock which has been in there for 2 weeks .
I have 50 lbs of LR arriving Fri from SWF.com.
I am wondering what are the procedures of adding it in.
Should I cure in seperate container?
If so, how exactly do i cure it.
Or do i just toss it in?
Please let me know so i can prepare for my shipment.

I would say just go ahead and dump it in. If it was already cured the minimal shipping die should not extend your cycle much if at all and this way you don't have to worry about another large container to cure it in.

Assuming you have no animals in your tank (doesn't sound like you do, and you shouldn't), then, yup, dump it in.

Agreed, if no livestock is in the tank then you can just place your new live rock right in there. Run your skimmer if you feel that there is any die off.
