? about BTA.

i am a begginer and hope to get me a BTA for 2007 christmas. I relize i will need T5's or Metal halides. Which do you suggest? Also how much GPH do BTA's need? It is a Non- cycled 125g tank.

I have a 135G with 3 BTA's and 785 MH of light> they are growing huge I suggest MH especially with a 125 you have
