??? about holding tank for saltwater.

I have a 25 gal holding tank that i have for mixing saltwater and using for water changes, right now i have a heater and a pump for water mixing, do i have to aireate the water at any time with a air stone, i've herd the water can go bad after a week or 2 or will it be fine with what i have.

I have mixed and stored water for at least 2 weeks under the same conditions and have had no ill affects. I try not to make a habit of it, but sometimes my job pulls me away at unexpected times. If you store it longer than 2 weeks, I would at least perform some simple tests before adding it and look for any type of growth in it. You may even want smell it, if you know what I mean. HTH.
