I am picking up my 110 monday. I have PC lighting on my 55 that I will be transfering over as well. My question is I want to purchase the 48" nova extreme pro 6 bulb. The new tank dimensions are 48"x18"x30". Will this light be able to keep pretty much any corals. I have mushrooms, zoo's, frogspawn and leathers right now but I want to try SPS. Can this light handle SPS even if I put them about midway up?
Thanks for reading and helping out I can always count on you people here.

If the SPS are in the top 1/4 then yes. The PRO really doesn't have a whole lot of power to it. If your budget will allow it look into the 48" Aquactinics Constellation or Solarflare. Either would let you keep whatever you wanted where you wanted.
If not then the PRO would get you by, but swap out the Current bulbs for better ones like ATI, Geisemann, and UVL. SPS in the top 1/4, LPS in the top 3/4, and softies everywhere.
Hope that helps.

yea 30" is pretty deep to penetrate with T5's. you should be able to keep the more needy corals in the top half and just about anything else should be fine anywhere in the tank.
