? about lighting

hey I have a corallife 96 watt pc light over my ten gallon and i was wandering if their was a way to just have the athinics running. i was looking at alot of tanks and sometimes they just have the blue lights running and i was just wandering can i do that with these lights... Thanks alot

I don't believe there's a convenient way to just have the actinics running on the quads. I am in the process of building a custom hood which would house the quads along with a supplimental actinic light.
I take it you want more actinic output?

i think they just want the blue look sometimes.. here is my schedule,
T-5 blue actinic on at 8:00
400 watt MH 20,000K radiums on at 11:00
400 watt MH 20,000K off at 7:00
T-5 blue actinic off at 9:00
moonlight LEDS on at 8:00pm, off at 8:00am

hey i just got some new corals i will be posting pics when the FULLY open, yea i just like the blue look if i could get it, if i cant then o well... Thanks

there is no way with the quad bulb like laddy stated
you would need a seprate lighting source for actics (sp)
