That's what I yelled out last week when I got stung by a wasp cutting my grass......."OOOOOWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!........course, down here in Bama we have some strange laws, but that is completely acceptable....guess it depends on what you are bit by....:thinking: If it would have been a hornet, I could've yelled "FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUddddddggggeeeee!!!!!"
Anyway, what is owi? Operating without intelligence? We are rather strict on that too. I'm pretty sure that is nationwide, depending on what was being operated, of course. If it was a lawnmower, or a washer or dryer, or a iron, or a personal hygiene product.......well, guess the law figures you suffer your own consequences.
If you are talking about not having insurance, yes, I think that is also nationwide. Different states may have different laws as far as the punishment, but any state, especially now after 9/11 is closely linked, and will know about any indiscretion you do in another state. Now will they keep up with it, or prosecute your friend....I don't know. But I did stay in a Holiday Inn last night.
