???? about Tidepool??

I just installed a Tidepool on my 55gal. The bio wheel turns very slowly... is that normal? Thanks in advance!!

As long as it IS turning it is fine.If it does stop totally,then you will need to clean the bushings/bearings and start it back up.It may help if you pour water over it to soak the entire wheel.If the top is dry,but the bottom is wet it will throw it off ballance causing irratic movement...
