Absinthe Legal In The US Again...

RFB- You say you travel a lot? I'm looking for ANY WAY to get a bottle of a certain scotch that is not sold here (U.S.) and for the life of me I cannot find anybody in the world to sell it to anyone in the US. It's called "Clan Campbell" and it's very popular in France and parts of Italy from what I read. I'll send you $ in advance if you think you would be able to help. I thought I would be able to get this done for my dad by father's day, but no cigar. I had to send him licorice. If you don't want to bother, it's cool. But if you could, I'll pay for a bottle of whatever you want. ehhh?

i think he goes to france every now and then i know he speaks french and has mentioned a few of his trips and fathers day comes next year too or birthday christmas whatever and there is a member on the board from australia too, good luck with it...tobin

My buddy bought four or five different kinds online from Europe and I thought they all tasted gross, but I don't like black licorice either, couldn't drink enough to feel anything but sick. Our neighbor came by and tried some and threw up in our yard five minutes later. None of us really got any effect from it, there's always mushrooms if you want something that tastes gross but does something.

I'm not getting it for the taste or anything, just the name. Seeing as my dad's b-day is ON christmas, father's day is the only other time to get him stuff.... But thanks, that instills a little hope.
