acclimating blue legs

i just picked up my janitorial staff from the store here, 20 blue legs- the first crew anyway, how do you acclimate them? are hermits as sensitive as snails? please lemme know soon, 'cause they're goin' in when i get home at 5pm est.

all inverts are sensitive to salinity and temp. check the salinity in the bag and slowly try to match it to the tanks. slowly as in 30-45minutes. then just place them in the tank..
