acclimating corals to new light

you can start by limiting your lighting time, say go from 10 hours to 5 or 6,
or pick yourself up some egg crate from lowes or home depot you know the stuff for flor. lights you see in department stores, or if you can move you corals lower in the tank for a few days then slowly move them back up...
