acclimation from quarantine

I have had a firefish in my 20 gal quarantine for 3 weeks. I am about to place him in my 90 gal w/parameters:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Ph 8.1
Calcium 420
Alk 8dkh
S.G. 1.025
Temp 80
The 20 gal:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 15
Ph 8.2
Calcium 420
Alk 9dkh
S.G. 1.025
Temp 80
RO/DI water for both
Should I acclimate him w/the numbers being this close and if so how long or would it just add more stress?

always acclimate if it is switching tanks. do a normal drip for 2 hours.

and lights out for the day so no one will pick on them to soon.
