basically just dip it in a reef dip and into the tank it goes. ive never temp acclimated or drip acclimated any of my acros/montis.
i do suggest acclimating to lighting though. start the frag on the bottom for a week, then slowly move it up from there.

unless the difference in temp is drastic, just take the sps out and let it air for 5-10 sec. after, put it straight into tank.

Put in 4 caps of reef dip per 5 gallons, dip your acro's for 15 minutes and in they go.
If you are putting leather corals or other soft corals in your tank, dip them in freshwater for about 5 minutes and all the crabs and bad stuff will come flying out. Then put em' in the tank.
For LPS corals, you can also reef dip, just don't dip with as large of a concentration.
To light acclimate, just place it in the bottom of the tank for a week, then middle, then top... depending how strong your lighting is.

in most cases, if the temp is extremely different, its still best IMO to put the acro straight into the tank. acros handle lower temps to higher temp changes reall well IME.
