hi i just got 2x250watt halide fixtures with 14k bulbs and i want to keep a colorful but easier acropora?
what kind would that be?

None... acros are some of the most delicate in the sps family. Try starting with a montipora... a bit easier and they can be quite colorful!!
What size of tank??
