40.00 plus shipping, either usps or fed ex. If you have an account at fed ex, usps or dhl I can ship using the buyers account. the green is a neon green...VERY super bright. The blue looks like a neon blueish purple. the pics are taken with a 14k bulb. If your using 20k lights it will be even brighter.
