acrylic or glass??

I am buying a new tank for an octopus... would you recommend acrylic or glass?? I found a 50 gallon acrylic for 200.... comes with th light...

its a cheap light... fluorescent ... but octupi dont need very strong lighting.... they actual prefer lighting that isnt very strong
