Actinic Bulbs

Will replacing a bulb on a standard Power Compact light with an Actinic bulb be enough to support a simple anemone like a rose bubble tip or a bubble tip?

Probably not. The actinic bulbs are the bulbs that give the blue spectrum light to make the colors on the corals, ect. pop. They provide very little usable light to the coral or anenome as the color of the light is in the wrong spectrum. Plus PCs are still moderate light at best.
