Actual Marine Biologist Please

seems one of the down sides of this trade is the virtual limitless proliferation of "armchair" salties...& the near endless amount of "advice" to sort through...
what I would like is to possibly contact/speak w/ an actual marine biologist that could assist on recurrent nuerological fish disorders...it's easy to find info online about effects/symptoms of poor water conditions/contaminated water, or fungus infection, parasite, or viral in nature...
something having to do possibly w/ iether food contamination or poisoning due from another creature iether known or not known...
the problem seems to effect only primarily grazing fish such as TANGS OR BLENNIES...we had purchased LR from 1 of the main online vendors of drygoods/livestock...cured it...other fish behaved normally (primarily damsel species)...at some point the tang began to swim about erratically & breathing changed & it became more skiddish...than the lawn mower blenny followed suit...eventually after about only a week or so, both died...we recently replaced the lawnmower blenny about 2 weeks or so ago...it now appears to be developing the same symtoms; meaning it too will head for an evitable death...sorry, we do not have an Q tank for it...which may/may not save it's life...still would like to know what, possibly in/on the LR is killing grazing type fish...even the non grazers eat from the LR occasionally w/o ill effects of any kind...
