add avatas

Can some one help?
I would like to add avatas to my post but i can not do it, even I reduced the picture very small, every time I tried. it said ,the pic too big :notsure: :thinking:
Please help. thank you very very much

I just recently was able to reduce mine to work ( 30 mins ago) I had it redueced to the image size,but the file size was 2 big.I screwed around with the settings and was able to do it.Sorry not much help..but I am not very computer literate..........That should give you hope. LOL

find target you like,....save as......open with paint or other photo-program.....change to 100x100 and then save where you know where to find it...go to top left User CP and add it in.
