added more sand... how long??

I have the 29 gallon biocube. I just recently moved the tank. I had to take out the live rock..... and my sand bed was very thin so i added another bag of live sand (pre packaged stuff from lfs) while the rock was out. I put the rock back in after i added the new sand.... should i wait before i can add more fish and corals?

how long has your tank been running?
is this a fresh setup?
depending on what kind of sand you used, if you used a caribbean sand, this is a live sand with bacteria already in it, if you used another sand that may take longer to cure.
if you used live sand you'll be fine.
