adding avatar pic?

I am not sure.....usually its 100x100 pixels. It used to also be that you had to have 25 posts on your count, but I thought they got rid of that.

oh, yes, that too. jpeg and gif files. I am trying to fnd the info on the sight.

Hummm...They are JPEG. it keeps saying this.. picture to big max is 10000 bytes. When I make the pic smaller the KG don't go down much..if i make it any smaller there wont be any pic there! LOL I have it down to 18 pixels and KB is at 12..I dun no. Maybe I need more posts like you said??

The file is too big, do you have a program that will let you decrease the resolution of the picture?
EDIT: I read my post and it's not clear what I'm saying. I mean the file size is too big, not the actual width/length.
Lower resolution will decrease the file size, then you can actually increase the pixel size.

It's the file size. Post your pic as a pic and someone here will be able to reduce the pic to the correct file size for you.
