:notsure:
I have a question some of you experts may be able to answer. I have a 125 With a Living Color Collection. I added a changing Emporer Angel to my tank 2 weeks ago (who was in QT for 2 weeks prior) but must of still infected my main tank with ich. He has been in QT for 6 days and seems to be doing great! (treating with mardel coppersafe and bio spheres) But tonight two true percs and my yellow tang show early signs of ich. I know that copper is not very good for tangs and i have never been successful using hyposalinity. I know that back in the day you would never add copper to your aquarium because of the damage it would do to invert. and bio. systems. But the instructions say that it will not harm the bacteria in my tank. I did the reef thing several years ago and don't plan on doing it again. I have no inverts. and don't plan on adding any. I know that copper stays in your tank but since it is a FO aquarium it shouldn't really matter. Should it?
My QT is not big enough to put all my fish in. What do you guys think?
Also the info you guys give is great and this place rocks!
Thanks,
