Adding Coral-Filtration?

Hi,
Ive had a 20g running for about 4 months and currently have only one fish, an orange tail damsel. I have 3 scarlet hermits, 1 cleaner shrimp, and a brittle star. I am wanting to add coral to this tank.
My specs:
15lbs argonite
several Lace rock, not live.
bio-carbon filter.
SeaClone 100.
Not sure what kind of light but think acentic.
I do have a Uv sterilizer but not using, I dont know if this would be overkill for size of tank.
I was wanting to know if I need to add live rock or sand, and if the current specs I am using will create a sound enough enviroment to house the corals.
Thanks

you will have to figure out what kind of lighting you have ... in watts

HI
I figured out that my lighting is a 50/50 sun/acintic 18in with reflector, only 15watts.
The coral I want says it only requires med.-low light.
Is this enough?
