adding corals in fish only tank

I am wondering if you can add corals in a fish only tank? i'm not sure if i have the correct lights i have 18" eclips natural daylight bulbs i've been checking out some of the tanks that are posted and really like what i see.. all help is appreciated.

What is the (k), and Watt value on your bulbs, tanks size?
Also do you have any fish who like to nibble corals, such as some angels.

pretty much no... most corals need liverock to stay stable., if you have fish only, then your corals will fall over, and later die. and my guess is your lights aren't good enough

It really depends on what size tank are we talking about for the lights? 18" is quite small, so depending on the depth of the tank, maybe.
