Adding more than 1 fish at a time

Hey guys. I just finished cycling my second 45 gFO tank. I'm sick of the LFS prices on fishes. I'm interested in trying out the saltwater fish store. I want to save money on shipping by buying 3 fishes and a shrimp. Is this a bad idea? Anyone else have experience on this matter? Any help will do, thanks

this is an extremly bad idea expecially in your case. its really never a good idea to add more than 1 fish at a time, but the worst time to do this is right after the cycle when your bio-filter is still not very strong. i know trust me im sick of LFS prices too and would love to order from here, but i just cant afford the shipping. maybe you could find somebody who lives in your area and you could each order a fish and split the shipping. just an idea, but id be careful about adding more than one fish at a time.

Yeah....I understand about the dangers of that too, but IF we shouldn't put several in at a time, but WHY OH WHY would THIS SITE sell "Beginner Packages" with 6 or 7 fish in them. Have any of you bought them for your tanks? Those 3 packages are great deals compared to my LFS, but what's up with that? It even states they have "put together some GREAT REEF PACKAGES for you beginner reef lovers"
What?
Huh?
