Adding Saltwater

How do you recommend adding salt water to my tank. It is only low about .002. I have 3 damsels helping cycle my tank and I think it would be too stressful if i just added the salt mixture. Should I premix or just add it. And how much salt should i add. it is a 55 gallon tank w/ 60lbs of arag-alive. should it be a process that takes a few days or can i do it right now???

No, the Specific Gravity is at about 1.019. How much salt do I add to it to get it up to 1.021, and what is the best way to add the salt?? is that better

Don't add the salt directly to the tank.Just mix some water and salt in a bucket with the specific gravity of 1.028 or something and add a little bit to the tank slowly untill it get's to 1.022.Just don't add the salt without mixing it first.
