It wasn't my last....now I do not know if tank size matters though...I have a much bigger tank, but mine showed and continues to show NO aggression

Its a lemonpeel, theres also 2 clowns and a chalk basslet in the tank now. I would like to add a larger active fish, what would you suggest?

as long as you have a sufficient amount of live rock in the tank you shouldn't have a problem.
with a 55 your somewhat limited. dwarf angel is probably as big as your going to get. Why not add a sixline, molly miller blenny,or a pair of firefish. even though there not large, they will add some life to the tank.

Not really. I wouldnt add a fish that gets any bigger than 6 inches and isnt a big swimmer. 55 limits your fish adding.
Id add a sixline wrasse if anything. They are fast semi aggressive. You have aggressive fish in there believe it or not.
