Take a look at the clownfish in the Diseased Fish Thread at the top of this forum that have brooklynella.
Brook, is a parasite. It is treatable and curable, but once you see the sheding such as in those pics, there is not much time left before demise so immediate treatment is required.
The treatment is formalin bathes which is described in detail in the FAQ Thread.
