Advice anyone

I purchased some stuff from saltwaterfish.com in April. My cleaner shrimp was DOA and my yellow angel died in less than 24 hours. I returned the items exactly as explained but have yet to hear from anyone. Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed them from the contact us screen but they haven't responded to that either. I want to make sure I get the items back with my next shipment. Can anyone help? :mad:

I have not placed an order yet, but I am planning on placing one next week. The only problem I have with ordering from them is I don't like doing business with someone I can't pick up a phone and talk to someone. The only reason I'm considering doing it in the first place is I've been on this board a long time and I've heard they are ok.

How long ago did you email them? Sometimes it takes a while to get a reply. I agree with tangman99 that it makes things harder when you cant call and talk to someone on the phone. I have never ordered from here so I don't know what else to say besides give it some more time. Good luck
