Think this belongs over in the new hobbyist forum, but I'll answer it for you. It is recommended that you purchase a powerhead for your aquarium. Most recommended brand is a Maxi-Jet, and you could probably get away with a Maxi-Jet 400 since you have a 25ga tank.

Air pumps are not good for Saltwater, but circulation is vital. As posted previously powerheads can be a good option to help circulate the water.
