Hello,
I have two Lemon Damsels
1 Yellow Tail Damsel
1 Blue Emperor Damsel
(Juveniles)
Hoping to add Clown Fish soon, you think I should take ALL the damsels back to the shop or will the clowns be able to stand up against them? %%
I have a 58 Litre Nano Reef btw

Either that or before you get the clown see if you can borrow an Anglerfish or an Undalated Trigger for a couple days.

They will kill the clowns, they were in the tank first and it is their tank now. In the end they will fight each other as well, and bite you if you put your hand in the tank.
There are fish that can go with them...I don't keep damsels, for the above reasons, so I don't know which ones.
If you want certain fish like, clowns, dottybacks, angelfish, or gobies...you must get rid of the damsels.

So if I am figguring this right your tank is about 15 gallons +/- ...
Yes nix all the damsels . That tank is not even close to big enough to hold 4 damsels and 2 clowns . Might even be too small for the two clown fish long term .

It will when it matures in about 3 months. Your tank is too small for all those damsels anyway. Each grow to be about 3-4 inches.
A fish like the size of a Fridmani dottyback and maybe another very small fish like a neon goby in a 15g tank, that is about it for stock, and at that you would be pushing it. Saltwater fish are very territorial and in close quarters you are asking for trouble if you over crowd them.
