My tang has a cloudy eye??What could this be Should I move him to my hospital tank???

Is he eating and acting normal otherwise? If so, keep an eye on him [pun intended ]. If it doesn't clear up or gets worse, or if the fish seems not normal, then, yes, move him to a hospital tank and begin treating with an antibotic.
Sometimes, cloudy eye is also a prelude to a parasite problem. Look out for any quick darting swimming of the fish, or scatching.
