i currently have a fowlr 90 gallon right now with NO light (80 watts).
I want to get a NANO 24g aquapod with the MH lights. the lowest i seen this for is $324 on a site. Anybody has any site with lower price? please email..
My other questions are: how is the filtrations that is built in on the 150w sunpod unit? the pics show the sunpod hovering over the tank so where is the filtration? is there a compartment in the back? is there space in there to place a skimmer on there. the light bulb is a 14k output. Does it have any actinic bulb in there? or is it just one bulb with LED for nite time view?
my other option is to buy the things seperatly. I cant find a acrylic 24 gallon tank by it self (acrylic is this a cheaper route or more of a better solution in the long run?) This way i can get T5 lights.
My favorite coral i eventually wanna keep is the green carpet anemone with a mated pair of marron clowns (the really red colored rather than the maroon
color)..
i definitly have too much ambiosion and too little money..
i have more questions but i fear i ask too much already..

Your best bet would probably be to look at one of the many sites detailing the Aquapod nano tanks. It'll answer all your questions about the basic system. With the halides you have an open top and you can put a hang on back skimmer on the back easily. The bulb is a 14k and you won't have any actinics unless you add them yourself.
Carpet anemones and maroon clowns both get too large for a 24 gallon tank. IMO, if you really want to keep them, take the $350 you're looking to spend on this tank and by a couple MH pendants for the 90.

yep. theyll both get too large for that tank. and thats probably the cheapest youll find it. i thought 329.99 was a good price.
yeah there is false back wall that has compartments to place your head, some lr rubble, and a saphire skimmer

my 90 gallon is a money trap.. for me to do anything to it is a waste bc its a built onto the wall kind. It came with the house and it looks good because it a custom setup. only problem is that it is set up wrong. no room for a proper light beside a 2 bulb unit nor any room for a sump on the bottom. Only room between the studs for 2 fluvals 403's.
about the 24 aquapod... is there a better unit than the aquapod? would it be wise to put a good skimmer like a aquac remora on a 24 gallon or would that be an over skimming for corals? is there even room?

I like the aquapods. You can get a 24 gallon with the 150w MH for $300, but shipping may or may not be higher than your site. It is the best deal I have seen on them.
I run an AquaC Remora on my 12 gallon aquapod with an open top and there is plenty of room. My corals havn't had any issues.
