i have a 28 gallon tank with a penguin 150 HOB filter and a whisper 10 pump with a 12 inch bubble wand and the opposite end... will that provide enough 02 in the water? thanks

Bubble wands are not good in saltwater tanks. They cause a ton of problems. I would definitely not put that in there. You would be much better off with a powerhead like a Koralia 2. The filter is also small for the tank, but the powerhead will help compensate for that.

Matt, the bubbles will cause tons of salt creep and start depleteing elements from the tank. It also causes some problems with certain fish.
