What is done with a HT, QT that went through hyposalinity? The tank has a bare bottom no fish, 1.009 salt. Should it be left alone for three weeks?(ick). Should I add LR and raise the salt? Can I have just LR and no LS, which will make it easier to go from QT to HT if needed? Thanks to all.

You really should not have a hyposalinity tank after you get done with hyposalitnity treatment. Part of that treatment is to raise the saline levels back to normal parimeters. You can't just return fish from a hyposaline tank to the main tank. They must be re-acclimated back to normal SG levels before return to the tank.
Yes, you can add LR to your hospital tank to use as a QT. Make sure that you do a water change following treatment. If you maintain this tank continueously, then you will have to do maintenance chores on it. Remember that LR cannot tolerate hyposalinity.
