i know some people have snow flake eels, and puffers, and things of that nature with there reef tanks.
i have a sfe, blue spotted puffer, brackish green spotted puffer, and coral banded shrimp. are any of these fish a no go before i start putting coral in this tank?
what kinda aggresive fish do you keep in your reef?

shrimps w buffers is not a good idea. the buffers will easily eat it. i tried to put shrimps with my 3 inch puffer, and he ate them all within 2 minutes!

I have a 7 inch Porc. Puffer in my Reef......he doesn't mess with anything. However - I got a 2 inch Stars and Stripes Puffer - started him out in the FOWLR tank and he attacked everything he could and even things he couldn't.
My Porc. Puffer was in a FOWLR tank for a bit - I put him in the Reef with my fingers and toes crossed - if he had messed with anything - I had a back up tank to put him into. I do keep him very well fed.....and I do not feed him anything that resembles any of his tank mates. It is funny to watch him get cleaned by the cleaner shrimp.

As long as you can keep your nitrates down with these big eaters, you're good to go with coral.
