Aggressive clown! Add another fish?

OK, so I kinda stepped away from my tank for about 6-8 months with just doing water changes when I could. I only had coral, maroon clown, and a cleaner shrimp in there since then. I want to add more fish but remember that the clown was super aggressive towards the others a while ago. Now if I add another fish he has been the only one in there for quite some time. Will he attack the new fish? What should I do? If I could catch him I would get rid of him. He was even going after the pep shrimp I just put in yesterday. I honestly have to say, beautiful fish but he is a BEE-OCH

If you cant catch him you have only one option. Put a stick of dynomite in there and he wont mess with any more fish

Just get a big bucket and put your live rock in there until he has no where to go.
Yes, they are beautiful fish, but very mean. What kind of fish do you want to put in there?

GBMs are very territorial,if your gonna try and add a new fish i would rearrange you rock work right before you introduce the new fish .That may help.
Ive managed to keep a GBM and two false percs in the same tank for over a year plus numerous other fish.

You could always get a meaner fish! I had the same problem with my false perc killing other fish until I bought my Bicolor blenny. First day he went to bite the blenny and the blenny bit back. They have coexisted peacfuly for months now with no more fighting. =)
