Aggressive clown?

Well for the first time tonight, I saw one of my perc clowns act aggressive toward the other. The larger one, approx 2" long grabbed the small one, approx 1" long, by the side fin and shook him all over the tank. I had to get the net after her to get her to turn loose. Any ideas what's going on here? They've been together in this tank for at least 8 months, and have never had any trouble. Any ideas?

its funny this happened to me about an hour ago. my larger one kept pinning the other to the sand, then bit its tail and dragged it to the middle of the tank.
i think its just clown talk, for who's your daddy!

really just think clowns are weird in general, fun to watch!!!
