Aggressive tank slime

I have a fluval 304, skimmer and 2 powerheads in a 65g. Livestock- domino damsel, niger trigger and orange tailed fugi puffer....
I am developing a green slime on my live rocks as well as my sand. I thought it was a filtration issue, so i switched media out. It still is not cleared up. Is the problem that i am overstocked? The niger is only 3 inches and the fugi is about 2.5 in.
Any ideas would be appreciated

probaly not overstock ... do u use ro/di water??? cuzz it's a must imo in the saltwater world... also a green slime?? dont u mean like green hair algea?.. check for po4 in your water.. cuzz if u do have po4 then is not good. ( that food for green hair algea and the likes..) and if you are use ro/di water.. you a prabaly overfeeding.. only feed what your fish can eat in 4 minutes .. any lefthover are to be removed.. ( lefthovers can breakdown and turn into food for algea as well..)

concidering this is green slime its not harmful to your tank.but if you would like to get a fish to eat it i suggest a foxface fish.they are great for algae control and because they are a venomous fish they do well in an agressive tank..you might also want to concider adding an additional filter to your tank.like a hang on type to compinsate for what your fluval can not do.as in added amonia removers and posphate remover pads.I did this for a 55 reef I had set up b4 upgrading it the fluval is best suited for fw set ups .IMO
