I have a Volitan, a Lunare, a Snowflake, a Niger and Squirrel. Are these compatible with anenome's or starfish?

Lunare is your biggest problem, no invert is safe with him...The Niger is iffy as well.

Plus most people do not keep water quality or lighting up to the levels in an aggressive setup that anemones must have to survive.
