which is better? assuming they are both good quality
Also...How is the rock from this site? and how soon does it arrive?
I am moving a tank and would like to put about 30 ls of additional rock in the tank.
I am keeping the same water. should i put the new live rock before i put the water back in or put the water in and then set up the rock..

The rock from here is great. I got some from here and a couple of other places...just to get a variety of kinds. It arrives in two days in great shape. I added 65 pounds to my 55. It really helped move my cycle along.
