Agressive Question

Hey I am a new Hobbist. I got my tank set up and have a few damseels to get the bacteria started for setting up a tank. I had a question I wanted to get four possibly five fish i want a Radiata Lionfish, a porcupine Puffer a clown trigger and a snow flake eel will the all do fine together? Tank size 75 gal

Heaf - you can survive with the 75 for maybe 18 months if you get the fish when they are juvis. Once they are around 4-5 inches, you will see their aggression increase due to the tight space.

I think you will see the aggresion long before that...

I think your lion will be in trouble with a clown trigger, and probably the porky. Lions are not aggressive fish and their slow moving fins are very tempting targets. I know these fish are often kept together; but ,IMO, more often than not, the clown and/or puffer will get nasty with the lion. On the plus side, your damsels will be history soon enough; I sure wish lfs would stop suggesting these fish as cycle starters, a dead shrimp works just as well; and I've never seen a post asking how to get a dead shrimp out of the tank.
