Ahhh all these little tiny things running around everywhere

Does anyone have any idea what these things can be?
They are little tiny cream/white/brownish specs that are running around on the inside glass portion of the tank and on the sand. What can they be and where did they come from? There are a bunch of these little guys.
Are they deadly to the fish? How do I get rid of them? How do I prevent them? Are they good?
I was thinkng that they are little parasites but am not sure.
I have no power head just a filter. Would more air kill them off if they are little eil bugers. PLEASE HELP. Thank you

These are coepods, they are very good and are a sign that your tank is healthy, you usually see them in a more mature sand bed, don't remove them they are good, and occasionally the fish will eat them.
