Aiptasia or good anenome? with picture

I have a growth I'm not sure what to do. I followed the advice and touched it and it closed up for about 10 seconds and returned to normal. It's the only growth of it's kind in my tank. It arrived on a LR with the mushroom last week. Has not moved at all. Here is a picture

He's had it over 2 weeks as a single entity. It returns to normal in 10 seconds after retracting to touch.
Aiptasia take much longer and it would've spread by now.
Tentacles are too short/thick in porportion to the base/stalk.
Just my opinion.
Either way, you can 'inject' it with boiling hot water, kalkwasser, or lemon juice and it will go away.
[Joe's Juice is a waste of money IMO]
