aiptasia problem!!!!!

While i know that peppermint shrimp will eat aiptasia, I cannot put one in my tank with the lion, snowflake, and zebra eel. Does anyone know what will eat the aiptasia while not being eaten itself......Help please

Both a copper banded butterfly and the aptasia eating nudibranch have poor success rates. Since you can't use peppermint shrimp, I suggest injecting kalk. There's also the boiling water injection, but I can't give any personal success/attempt feedback on it.

Do you have a ton of them? I used an icecube on the couple I had a few months back. They died and haven't come back. Maybe I got lucky!

An ice cube? Did you just place an ice cube on them until it melted? I've never heard of someone trying that before.

That's what I did. Just a plain ice cube, held it on the aptasia till it melted (about 60 sec) and it died and hasn't come back. I did it to 3 or 4 of them.
I figured ice would be easier to try first than boiling water. And I didn't have any Kalk.
